Return Policy

At CURIOZ INDIA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a Return or Exchange Request, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

1. Provide a clear and high-quality picture of the received product, highlighting the issue (in case of damage/defect).
2. Submit your return request at sales@curiozindia.com.

We will evaluate the eligibility of your return or exchange and get back to you promptly. Once your request is approved, please return the product in its original packaging. We will process your refund or dispatch the replacement after receiving and inspecting the product.

Products That Are Not Eligible for Returns

1. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. All tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping labels, invoices, etc., must be returned intact.
3. Returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, including cases involving incorrect model or color, are not accepted. Please note that minor variations may occur due to the natural materials used in our products.
4. The buyer is responsible for the condition of returned items. If items are not packaged correctly or are damaged during the return process, we cannot proceed with the refund/replacement.
5. No refunds will be issued if:
   • The customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
   • There are three failed delivery attempts by the shipping agency.
   • The package is refused by the recipient.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges will be processed only after the original item is received and inspected. The replacement item will be shipped once the exchange is approved.

Additional Information

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Order Accuracy: Please proofread your order information before finalizing. If a delivery is refused or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, additional shipping penalties may apply.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted for returns. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking the item.
